Man Up

The greatest challenge we face as Afrikan men is that we are made to believe not to talk about what hurts us as a people. We are told to man up, and we live in a society where many think  men don't cry, men don't shame and men don't hurt. Yet in truth, we break and hurt like others.

For such reasons, we need platforms like unstuck and Shabaka. These platforms are therapy in many ways and they also allow us to speak out and ease our hearts. They allow us to take responsibility. They remind us that we should take 100% responsibility of our lives and that is the only way we can be masterpieces of ourselves.
